NAICOM is the Insurance Regulatory Agency in Nigeria. As part of the Federal
Government Reform Plans, NAICOM was required to develop a reform plan that would be implemented as part of the country-wide reform program.
VIPCG was contracted to develop the Reform Program and Transition Management
Program for NAICOM in 2007/8. We developed a program that included a new
structure, pay structure, human resource strategy, and change management plan.
The Sustainable Water and Sanitation in Africa (SUWASA) is a program funded by the U.S.
Agency for International Development (USAID). SUWASA implemented a two-year reform
project to improve the delivery of water and sanitation services to the urban areas of Ebonyi
State, Nigeria. SUWASA’s intervention is targeted at addressing a wide range of challenges that
prevent the Ebonyi State Water Corporation (EBSWC) from providing adequate water and
sanitation services to its population.
